Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Planning & Strategy
• Plan and execute social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Create content calendars and define content direction
• Develop reel ideas, post concepts, and campaign themes
• Write captions and guide basic scripting for content
2. Content Execution & Team Coordination
• Work closely with video editor (shoot + editing) and graphic designer
• Guide and oversee content shoots and execution
• Ensure timely delivery and consistency in content quality
3. UGC & Influencer Marketing
• Identify and leverage user-generated content (UGC)
• Plan and execute UGC-based content
• Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers
• Manage influencer communication and deliverables
4. Platform Management & Growth
• Manage posting, scheduling, and overall page activity
• Monitor performance (reach, engagement, growth)
• Optimize content based on insights and trends
5. Collaboration & Communication
• Coordinate with team handling DMs, engagement, and customer interactions
• Ensure smooth communication across content and operations
