We are seeking a passionate and driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. You will be responsible for managing social media, SEO, paid ads, and coordinating digital marketing initiatives to drive growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and run paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), etc.

• Enhance our social media presence by creating and posting engaging, relevant content.

• Conduct keyword research and implement strategies to improve SEO rankings.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, optimize spends, and prepare performance reports.

• Coordinate with designers and content writers to ensure timely and quality execution of campaigns.

• Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies and campaigns.

• Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and align marketing efforts with their needs.

• Brainstorm, plan, and execute creative content ideas for different platforms.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

• 0.5 to 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media, or a similar role

• Good understanding of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and basic analytics tools

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
