Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Social Media Manager to handle our brand’s online presence and client interactions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and prior experience managing social media platforms and client communication.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and update all social media handles including Instagram, WhatsApp, and other relevant platforms.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and messages across platforms.
• Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and follow-ups.
• Plan and execute content ideas, promotions, and campaigns in coordination with the team.
• Monitor analytics and engagement to optimize performance.
• Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across all platforms.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a desk or social media management role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good client-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and basic marketing tools.
• Must be dedicated, proactive, and comfortable with a full-time in-store role.
