Job Summary:

We are looking for creative, proactive, and digitally savvy individuals to join our Social Media Team. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in content creation, community engagement, campaign planning, and performance tracking across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube. If you live and breathe social media trends, storytelling, and brand-building, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management:

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.)

Collaborate with designers, video editors, and writers for high-quality visual and written content.

Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.

Strategy & Campaigns:

Develop and execute monthly content calendars and campaign plans.

Coordinate social media campaigns aligned with marketing, PR, and organizational goals.

Stay updated with platform algorithms and trends to adjust strategies accordingly.

Community Engagement:

Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions promptly and professionally.

Build a strong community and foster engagement through polls, Q&As, contests, and interactive content.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions).

Provide weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with marketing, design, counselling, and PR teams for integrated communication.

Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, launches, or events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or related fields (Highly Skilled because what matters here are skills, not degrees)

Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Meta, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, etc.)

Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Cap Cut, or similar.

Knowledge of hashtags, SEO for social media, and trends.

Excellent written and visual communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.

Basic photography or videography skills are a bonus.
