1. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar digital marketing role.

2. Strong portfolio or examples of successful social media campaigns.

3. In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and tools.

4. Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.

5. Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools.

6. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.

2. Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms.

3. Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and monitoring across all social channels.

4. Grow and engage online communities by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions.

5. Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align campaigns and brand messaging.

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

7. Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to optimize strategies.

8. Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach.

9. Manage paid social campaigns and budgets.
