Social Media Manager

Location: New Delhi

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow our digital presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, digital trends, and brand communication, with the ability to create compelling content that builds brand awareness and drives business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

• Plan and manage monthly content calendars, including posts, reels, stories, carousels, and campaigns.

• Create engaging content, write captions, and maintain a consistent brand voice.

• Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators for content production.

• Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

• Manage community engagement, including comments, messages, and audience interactions.

• Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, and conversions.

• Prepare monthly reports and implement strategies to improve performance.

• Identify opportunities for collaborations, influencer marketing, and brand partnerships.

• Support lead generation, brand visibility, and business growth through social media.

Key Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and digital marketing trends.

• Excellent writing, communication, and creative thinking skills.

• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic video editing software.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.

• Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.

• A portfolio or examples of previously managed social media accounts will be an advantage.
