Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, creating and managing content calendars, publishing content, analyzing performance, and handling client communication to ensure brand consistency and measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies aligned with brand goals and marketing objectives
Research trends, competitors, and audience behavior to inform content direction
Define content pillars, tone of voice, and storytelling approach for each brand/client
2. Content Planning & Calendar Management
Create monthly and weekly content calendars for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter ETC.
Plan content formats including posts, reels, stories, carousels, videos, and campaigns
Coordinate with designers, video editors, and copywriters to ensure timely content delivery
Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and posting schedules
3. Content Creation & Publishing
Write engaging captions, hooks, CTAs, and basic ad copy
Schedule and publish content using social media management tools
Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and platform best practices
4. Community Management
Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across platforms
Respond to audience queries and engage with the community in a timely and professional manner
Escalate important conversations or issues to relevant stakeholders
5. Client Communication & Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Present content plans, calendars, and campaign ideas to clients for approval
Collect feedback, revisions, and requirements, and communicate them clearly to internal teams
Provide regular updates on content performance and campaign progress
6. Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, growth, and conversions
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
Optimize content and strategy based on data and performance trends
7. Campaign & Brand Management
Plan and manage social media campaigns, launches, and collaborations
Coordinate with marketing and performance teams for integrated campaigns
Ensure brand reputation and voice are maintained across all platforms
