Social Media Manager

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team at Intubeweb to plan and run online marketing campaigns. The responsibility includes managing social media, SEO, paid ads and other digital initiatives/projects. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹30000 and a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Planning

• Develop platform-wise social media strategies aligned with brand goals.

• Plan monthly content calendars and campaign roadmaps.

• Conduct competitor research and trend analysis to optimize content direction.

2. Content Creation & Management

• Ideate, script, and oversee creation of posts, reels, shorts, carousels, and stories.

• Coordinate with designers, editors, and creators to ensure consistent quality.

• Write captions, hooks, and CTAs optimized for engagement and conversions.

• Maintain a brand-aligned visual and content style across platforms.

3. Publishing & Scheduling

• Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.

• Maintain posting frequency and ensure timely campaign execution.

4. Community Management

• Respond to comments, messages, queries, and audience interactions.

• Build a strong, loyal community around the brand.

• Handle negative comments professionally and maintain a healthy brand presence.

5. Analytics & Reporting

• Track performance metrics: reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR, conversions.

• Prepare weekly/monthly analytics reports with actionable insights.

• Optimize future content based on performance data.

6. Paid Ads (Optional / Not Mandatory)

• Managing paid ad campaigns is not required, but having basic knowledge can be an advantage.

• Only needed if the brand plans occasional promotions.

7. Collaboration & Influencer Partnerships

• Identify and collaborate with influencers/creators suitable for the brand.

• Coordinate giveaways, collaborations, and content partnerships.

8. Trend Monitoring & Creative Innovation

• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, viral trends, and new features.

• Introduce creative content ideas to keep the brand relevant and engaging.

9. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work with marketing, sales, product, and customer support teams.

• Ensure social media messaging supports company campaigns, launches, and goals.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads and basic analytics is also important for this role.

• It is a Full Time Digital Marketing job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
