Job Summary
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create and curate engaging, on-brand content (text, images, videos, stories, reels, etc.)
Manage and grow online communities by engaging with followers and responding to comments/messages in a timely manner
Analyze performance metrics and create reports to measure ROI and improve strategy
Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and support campaigns
Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
Monitor competitors and industry trends to inform content strategy
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including audience targeting and budget management
Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting and campaign launches
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
Creative thinker with attention to detail and visual storytelling abilities
Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and social media algorithms
Experience with paid ads on Meta, LinkedIn, etc. is a plus
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Should have well knowledge in
1) Graphic Designing
2) Frond end Web developing
3) Video editing
Cultivate a solid body of work
Take the design “brief” to record requirements and clients needs
Schedule project implementation and define budget constraints
Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas
Amend final designs to clients comments and gain full approval
Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, stylists, executives etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graphic design or video editing experience (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
Experience managing social media for brands or public figures
Knowledge of influencer marketing and user-generated content strategy
