Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager who is skilled in content creation, social media marketing, and multimedia production. The ideal candidate will play a key role in amplifying our brand voice, promoting our programs, and increasing audience engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute an impactful social media strategy aligned with organizational objectives.

• Handle day-to-day management of all major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

• Plan and promote digital campaigns, events, and initiatives to boost visibility and support.

• Design high-quality visual content using graphic design tools (Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).

• Create and edit engaging video content including short reels, testimonials, and explainers.

• Work on 2D/3D video editing and animation projects to visualize impact stories and campaigns.

• Manage and execute paid and organic social media promotions.

• Curate multimedia content (text, photos, videos, graphics) and maintain a content calendar.

• Monitor digital performance using analytics tools (Meta Insights, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics).

• Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all communication channels.

• Coordinate with internal teams for timely content inputs and approvals.
