We’re looking for a creative, organized and proactive Social Media & Community Manager to join our clothing label ILMA.
This role is for someone who understands content, loves social media, has a strong aesthetic sense and can communicate warmly with the customers.
Your role will include:
• Managing day-to-day content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest & WhatsApp
• Scheduling posts, reels, stories, and maintaining a monthly content calendar
• Writing engaging captions aligned with the brand voice
• Posting stories daily and ensuring active audience engagement
• Responding to customer DMs, comments, and emails promptly and professionally
• Handling customer queries, complaints, and order-related communication
• Coordinating with the team for content shoots, launches, and campaigns
• Tracking content performance and sharing insights/improvements
• Handling influencer collaborations, communication, and campaign coordination
• Staying updated with social media trends and suggesting new content ideas regularly.
Skills we’re looking for:
• Strong understanding of Instagram, facebook, youtube and other social platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good aesthetic sense (fashion/lifestyle experience preferred)
• Basic editing/design skills (Canva, InShot, CapCut etc.)
• Experience with scheduling tools like Meta Business Suite.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Prior experience in fashion/e-commerce
