Job Description

Ikshana Learning, a professional coaching institute in Laxmi Nagar, is looking for a Social Media & Content Executive to manage our digital presence and assist in basic center coordination.

Responsibilities:

Create and post Instagram reels & stories regularly
Improve social media platforms presence through engaging content.

Perform keyword research and improve SEO rankings.

Design simple creatives using Canva

Assist in recording short videos

Reply to DMs and basic inquiries

Maintain lead data in Excel

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi must, basic English preferred)

Comfortable on camera

Basic knowledge of Instagram & content trends

Familiar with Canva / basic editing tools

Energetic and disciplined
