We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead the social media strategy and execution for our agency and client brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media calendars, boosting community engagement, analyzing performance, and staying ahead of trends. You will work closely with content creators, designers, and performance marketers to grow brand presence and achieve business goals across social platforms.
Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to each platform and brand.
Plan monthly content calendars in alignment with campaign goals and brand tone.
Collaborate with designers and writers to create engaging content—posts, reels, stories, carousels, videos, etc.
Curate relevant third-party content to build brand credibility and value.
Manage publishing across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Pinterest.
Ensure timely posting and consistency in brand messaging.
Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, tags, and mentions.
Build and nurture online communities by engaging with followers and influencers.
Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, followers, etc.) and create reports.
Use insights to optimize content and posting strategies.
Stay updated on social trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
Experiment with new content formats, hashtags, and engagement tactics.
Work closely with clients and internal teams (design, content, ads, SEO) for seamless execution.
Align social content with ongoing campaigns, product launches, and events.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a digital/creative agency.
Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Experience using scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Canva, etc.).
Ability to handle multiple accounts and adapt tone of voice to different brands.
Portfolio or examples of past social media work are a plus.
