Social Media Manager

1. Social Media Marketing (Meta Ads):

• Create, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns.

• Set up ad creatives, targeting, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.

• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve ROI.

• Monitor budget spending and scale successful campaigns.

• Stay up-to-date with Meta ad policies, trends, and platform updates.

2. Shopify Order Handling:

• Manage daily order processing through Shopify.

• Coordinate with logistics/shipping partners for timely dispatch.

• Handle customer queries and order-related concerns via email or chat.

• Ensure timely order fulfillment and follow-up on pending or failed deliveries.

3. Content & Brand Support:

• Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms.

• Work with the creative team for ad creatives and product listings.

• Maintain consistent brand tone and visuals across all marketing materials.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.

• Hands-on knowledge of Shopify dashboard and eCommerce workflow.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication and organizational abilities.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
