We at Good Leather Garments are looking for a talented and dedicated Social Media Manager to join our team and take charge of our entire social media presence.

🧱 Role & Responsibilities:

✔️ Create, upload, and manage engaging content (posts, reels, stories, images) across all social media platforms – Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube, and Twitter.
✔️ Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly content posting according to strategy.
✔️ Manage incoming comments and DMs, respond quickly and professionally, and maintain positive interaction with our audience.
✔️ Monitor performance of posts and campaigns, track engagement, reach, and follower growth.
✔️ Prepare and submit regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly) about content performance, audience growth, engagement trends, and actionable insights to senior management.
✔️ Stay updated with latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to improve performance.
✔️ Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice, identity, and values.

🧑‍💼 Who We’re Looking For:

✔️ Passionate about social media and digital marketing.
✔️ Good understanding of content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, Video Editors, etc.).
✔️ Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
✔️ Good knowledge of how Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter algorithms work.
✔️ Responsible, creative, organized, and able to work independently.
✔️ Previous experience in social media management preferred, but freshers with strong will also welcome.

⏰ Working Hours: Flexible, but must maintain regular updates and timely reporting.
