Social Media Manager

Gada Smile Care is a premium dental clinic known for aesthetic dentistry, pediatric-friendly care, and innovative patient experiences. We’re looking for a creative, energetic, and strategy-driven Social Media & Marketing professional to help elevate our digital presence and build a strong brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Plan and create monthly content calendars.

• Shoot, edit, and publish engaging content (reels, posts, before/after cases, patient stories).

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

• Write captions, hooks, and CTAs aligned with the brand tone.

• Ensure consistent, aesthetic visual branding across all posts.

Brand Marketing & Growth

• Develop strategies to boost engagement, reach, and follower growth organically.

• Build a strong online brand identity that showcases clinic values, expertise, and patient experience.

• Coordinate with the dentist for timely content capture (procedures, events, behind-the-scenes).

• Promote special campaigns, offers, and educational content.

Analytics & Performance

• Track insights, monitor content performance, and optimize based on analytics.

• Prepare monthly reports on growth, engagement, and campaign results.

• Research trends and competitor strategies to keep the brand ahead.

Communication & Collaboration

• Attend clinic events or shoots when needed.

• Handle responses to comments/DMs (optional based on role).

• Work closely with the dentist, photographer, and design team (if any).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.

• Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video content trends.

• Content creation skills including basic videography, photography & editing.

• Proficiency with tools like Canva, CapCut, InShot, Lightroom, etc.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to think visually, creatively, and strategically.

Preferred Attributes

• Knowledge of healthcare/social media for clinics is a plus.

• Aesthetic sense for creating premium, modern, clean layouts.

• Strong storytelling and brand-building ability.

• Organized, deadline-driven, and self-motivated.
