Job Description

We are a fast-growing women's fashion brand specializing in kurtis, co-ord sets, and ethnic wear. We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Content Creator who can help us build a strong presence across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube through engaging content.

Responsibilities

• Plan and create content for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Shoot product videos, reels, behind-the-scenes content, and factory/warehouse footage
• Edit reels, short-form videos, and YouTube videos
• Generate new content ideas and social media strategies to increase engagement and reach
• Write captions, hooks, and ad copy for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
• Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and trending audio
• Coordinate with the team to showcase new product launches and collections
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure regular posting
• Analyze content performance and suggest improvements

Requirements

• Experience in social media management, content creation, or video editing
• Good understanding of Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube
• Knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, Canva, or similar software
• Ability to shoot videos using a smartphone or camera
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads and marketing concepts
• Passion for fashion, content creation, and social media trends

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands
• Graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe tools
• Understanding of influencer collaborations and UGC content
