About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and social-media-savvy Content Creator & Social Media Manager who can manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and actively participate in shoots.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.

• Create engaging Reels, posts, carousels, stories, and short-form videos.

• Actively participate in photoshoots, video shoots, Reels, interviews, and other content shoots.

• Be comfortable and confident in front of the camera when required.

• Develop creative concepts, hooks, scripts, dialogues, and content ideas.

• Research trending topics, sounds, formats, memes, and viral content.

• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.

• Write captions, social media copy, and Reel scripts.

• Coordinate with designers, video editors, photographers, and other team members.

• Manage posting, scheduling, and publishing of content.

• Monitor comments, DMs, engagement, and audience interactions.

• Track social media performance and provide regular reports.

• Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and competitor activity.

• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in content creation and/or social media management.

• Freshers with strong creativity, communication skills, and relevant content/social media experience are welcome.

• Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video content.

• Comfortable participating in shoots and appearing on camera.

• Good communication and copywriting skills.

• Creative mindset with strong storytelling abilities.

• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools is preferred.

• Ability to identify trends and turn them into engaging content.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Important: The role requires active involvement in photoshoots, video shoots, Reels, interviews, and other brand content activities. Candidates should be comfortable being part of shoots and appearing on camera when required.
