Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and engagement activities.

• Create visually appealing social media content (static posts, reels, stories, GIFs).

• Work closely with the design and marketing team to align brand messaging.

• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance.

• Run basic ad campaigns and boost posts as required.

• Track and report on social media metrics, growth, and ROI.

• Handle influencer collaborations and content planning.

• Maintain brand consistency and ensure high-quality output.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management (must be from the e-commerce industry).

• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and growth strategies.

• Hands-on experience with graphic designing tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).

• Good communication and content creation skills.

• Ability to plan campaigns and deliver content on deadlines.

• Knowledge of basic video editing is a plus.
