Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage the company’s complete digital presence. The candidate will be responsible for social media management, content creation, graphic designing, video editing, performance marketing, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other social media platforms.

  • Create and manage monthly content calendars, posts, reels, stories and campaigns.

  • Develop engaging captions, scripts, promotional content and creative ideas.

  • Design social media posts, banners, brochures and advertisements.

  • Edit Reels, Shorts, promotional and corporate videos.

  • Plan and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

  • Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, leads, CPC, CPL, conversions and ROAS.

  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and optimize campaigns.

  • Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Social Media & Digital Marketing.

  • Graphic Designing and Video Editing skills.

  • Good content writing and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Meta Ads and Google Ads.

  • Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to independently manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
