Objectives of the Role
● Manage vendor coordination for ID cards, visiting cards, and catalogues.
● Coordinate with designers for marketing and branding collaterals.
● Prepare impactful PowerPoint presentations for the CEO.
● Work closely with the marketing team to establish a strong brand presence across digital platforms.
● Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve business objectives.
● Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, etc.
● Support other marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM and PR campaigns.
● Act as the primary point of contact for customer concerns and media inquiries related to product lines. Key Responsibilities
● Monitor and manage the organization’s social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency.
● Create engaging, versatile, and original content to target specific audiences and drive engagement.
● Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, providing actionable insights.
● Collaborate with influencers, plan live events, webinars, and conferences to increase brand visibility.
● Lead and guide cross-functional teams (content, graphics, marketing) in meeting campaign deadlines. Required Skills & Qualifications
● Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, content creation, web design, and social media management.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent problem-solving ability.
● Proficiency in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
● Familiarity with customer service and client relationship management.
● Strong attention to detail, with effective time-management and organizational skills. ● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Preferred Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
● Knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, SEO/SEM techniques, and social media management tools.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
