Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Calling & Follow-ups

● Call and qualify incoming leads from ads and campaigns

● Follow up with warm and cold prospects consistently

● Understand client requirements and pitch relevant services

● Book qualified appointments for the sales team

● Maintain and update lead data in spreadsheets/CRM

2. Sales Support

● Coordinate with the internal team for lead status updates

● Ensure timely follow-ups and no lead leakage

● Assist in basic sales conversations when required

3. Social Media Content Support

● Assist in planning and posting content on Instagram/other platforms

● Coordinate with designers/video editors for content creation

● Write basic captions and ensure timely posting

● Track engagement and basic performance metrics
