Manage social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Develop and execute social media strategies and monthly content calendars.
Create and coordinate engaging posts, reels, stories, captions, and campaigns.
Research trending content, hashtags, competitors, and industry trends.
Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement.
Analyze social media insights and prepare performance reports.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content teams.

Performance Marketing

Plan, set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Develop campaign strategies based on business objectives such as leads, sales, traffic, and conversions.
Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and competitor analysis.
Create and test different ad creatives, copy, audiences, and campaign structures.
Monitor key metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and revenue.
Perform A/B testing and continuously optimize campaign performance.
Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient utilization of ad spend.
Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Coordinate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Stay updated with changes in Meta and Google advertising platforms, policies, and algorithms.
