Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Identify target audiences and platform-specific tactics.

2. Content Creation & Scheduling
Create and curate engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, etc.).
Use scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later to plan posts.

3. Platform Management
Manage day-to-day activity across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and TikTok.
Maintain brand consistency and voice.

4. Community Engagement
Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions promptly.
Foster discussions, run polls, and interact with followers.

5. Campaign Management
Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests.
Coordinate with marketing, design, and product teams.

6. Analytics & Reporting
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions).
Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, or Sprout Social.
Prepare reports and refine strategies based on analytics.

7. Trend Monitoring & Research
Stay updated with social media trends, features, and algorithm changes.
Monitor competitors’ social activity and industry movements.

8. Influencer & Partnership Management
Identify and collaborate with influencers or brand partners.
Negotiate contracts and monitor campaign performance.

9. Ad Management (optional)
Run and optimize paid social media ads.
Set ad budgets, target audiences, and analyze ROI.
