Social Media Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our company’s online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage the social media strategy aligned with business goals.

• Create engaging and high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

• Manage daily social media posts and ensure consistent brand voice across all channels.

• Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns.

• Collaborate with the design, marketing, and sales teams to align content and campaigns.

• Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.) and prepare monthly reports.

• Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a loyal online community.

• Work with influencers, agencies, or brand ambassadors when required.

• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of various social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative mindset with attention to detail and design aesthetics.

• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
