Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to promote “Gifts for Occasions” across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Pinterest, etc.).

Create engaging, creative, and visually appealing content (posts, reels, stories, videos) aligned with festive occasions, birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate gifting.

Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and monitoring of brand pages.

Increase brand visibility, engagement, and followers through organic and paid campaigns.

Collaborate with design/photography teams for product shoots and creatives.

Track performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports.

Respond to customer inquiries and messages on social platforms.

Stay updated on social media trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

FEMALE candidates.

Proven experience in social media management (preferably in e-commerce, lifestyle, or gifting industry).

Strong knowledge of content creation, hashtags, and platform algorithms.

Basic skills in Canva/Photoshop/Reel editing tools.

Content writing experience must.

Creative mindset with attention to detail and festive trends.

Prior experience in a similar product categories would be preferred.

Excellent communication (ENGLISH/HINDI) and time management skills.

Hybrid module-Every day 2-3 hours from the office .Rest of hours will be work from home.
