Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, etc.)
Manage and grow accounts on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.
Plan and schedule posts using social media tools
Monitor trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community
Run paid ad campaigns and optimize performance
Track and analyze KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions)
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite
Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing
Strong communication and copywriting skills
Ability to analyze data and generate insights
Preferred Skills
Graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
Experience with influencer collaborations
Familiarity with social media advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
