Social Media Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and strategy-driven Social Media Manager who can take complete ownership of our social media presence across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should be a master strategist with hands-on experience in creating high-performing content — including reels, short videos, and YouTube scripts — and executing campaigns that drive engagement, growth, and brand recognition.

This role requires a self-driven individual who can work independently as well as collaboratively with the team, turning ideas into visually appealing and viral digital stories.

A person with a strong interest or understanding of astrology, or someone who can confidently handle astrology-related content, will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the brand’s goals and audience.

Create, plan, and manage high-quality content (posts, reels, shorts, carousels, stories, etc.) for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Write and conceptualize YouTube video scripts and short-form content ideas in line with the brand tone and audience interest.

Handle end-to-end social media campaign execution, including performance tracking and optimization.

Collaborate with design, video, and SEO teams to ensure consistency and maximum visibility.

Stay updated on latest trends, algorithms, and social media innovations for audience engagement and growth.

Analyze social media metrics and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Manage brand reputation online, including community engagement (comments, DMs, feedback).

Identify opportunities for influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Proven experience managing Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn for brands or public figures.

Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and content marketing trends.

Exceptional creative writing and storytelling skills, especially for reels and YouTube content.

Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, etc.

Strong eye for aesthetics, visual communication, and video content.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver under tight deadlines.

Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.

A natural inclination or interest in astrology and spirituality will be a major plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field.

Prior experience in handling astrology, spiritual, or lifestyle brands will be an added advantage.
