Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who can take complete ownership of our social media presence. The candidate should be strategic, creative, data-driven, and capable of managing a team while driving organic growth, engagement, and brand authority across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop monthly and quarterly social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Create structured content calendars for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Shorts, Reels, etc.
Define content pillars, formats, and campaign ideas.
Content & Execution
Oversee content creation including reels, carousels, posts, stories, and shorts.
Ensure brand tone, messaging, and visual consistency.
Review and approve captions, creatives, hooks, and thumbnails.
Team Management
Coordinate with content writers, designers, and video editors.
Assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure timely delivery.
Guide and mentor junior team members.
Growth & Performance
Work on organic growth strategies to improve reach, engagement, and followers.
Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
Optimize content based on analytics and audience behavior.
Community & Brand Handling
Supervise comment replies, DMs, and audience engagement.
Handle negative comments or sensitive issues professionally.
Build a loyal and engaged online community.
Trends & Research
Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies.
Suggest new formats, ideas, and experiments.
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience in social media management.
Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-form content.
Experience managing teams and content workflows.
Good communication, planning, and leadership skills.
Basic understanding of analytics and content performance.
Ability to work independently and take ownership.
