Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across all platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

• Strategize and execute SEO/SEM, email marketing, influencer collaborations, and affiliate marketing

• Analyze web traffic metrics and optimize performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools

• Oversee content creation (blogs, videos, posts) in collaboration with the content and design teams

• Plan and manage social media strategy to enhance engagement and brand awareness

• Manage online reputation and respond to customer reviews/comments professionally

• Monitor ROI and KPIs, preparing regular reports to measure campaign effectiveness

• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and industry best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• Proven experience (4-7 years) as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role

• Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Marketing, etc.

• Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and CMS

• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking

• Strong communication and leadership skills
