Job Description:
As a Social Media Executive, you'll play a crucial role in planning and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our brand and offerings. Join our marketing team and drive online traffic, engagement, and conversions through various digital channels. We're seeking someone with a solid grasp of digital marketing strategies, tools, and hands-on experience in executing successful campaigns.

· Work from Office
· Monday – Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
· 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Responsibilities:
· Create, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms like social media, email marketing, PPC, SEO, and content marketing.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing strategies and maintain brand consistency.
· Analyze website traffic and user behaviour using web analytics tools to optimize campaigns.
· Craft compelling content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and ads.
· Manage and grow our social media presence, engaging with the community and fostering brand advocacy.
· Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.
· Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing, providing proactive recommendations for better results.
· Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners for specific marketing projects.
· Work closely with design and content teams to create visually appealing marketing assets.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
· At least 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role or industry.
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing platforms.
· Strong understanding of SEO principles and on-page optimization techniques.
· Analytical mindset to interpret data and optimize marketing strategies.
· Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
· Passionate about staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
