Job Overview
Seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager who will handle 3–4 client accounts simultaneously. You’ll develop content strategies, execute campaigns, engage with audiences, and analyze performance to grow each brand’s presence and reach.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategy & Planning
• Develop and implement platform-specific social media strategies that align with client goals—awareness, engagement, lead generation .
• Set clear KPIs (e.g., followers, engagement rates) and monitor progress .
• Content Creation & Curation
• Plan and maintain a content calendar for multiple clients.
• Create compelling multimedia (graphics, videos, GIFs, infographics) tailored to each client’s brand voice .
• Curate third-party content and oversee outsourced creative production .
• Community Engagement & Management
• Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and tagged posts across each client’s channels in a timely, brand-consistent manner .
• Foster community interaction, address feedback or complaints, and build brand loyalty ().
• Reporting & Analytics
• Track performance using analytics tools. Report monthly results, insights, and optimization recommendations .
• Stay updated on trends, hashtags, competitor activity, and platform algorithm changes .
• Campaign Execution
• Plan and run campaigns (both organic and paid) across varying platforms, ensuring deliverables are met.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and, if applicable, influencer partners .
• Client Coordination
• Lead client meetings to present performance, gather feedback, and align strategy.
• Manage feedback loops and approvals efficiently to ensure timely content delivery.
Required Qualifications
• ~2 years of professional experience managing social media accounts—ideally across 3–4 clients.
• Proficient in tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar  .
• Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Basic graphic/video content creation skills—or experience managing freelancers/vendors for this work ().
• Analytical mindset with ability to draw insight from performance data.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines for multiple clients.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with paid social advertising and A/B testing ().
• Familiarity with SEO, web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), and emerging formats (e.g., Reels, TikTok) ().
