The successful candidate will manage our social media presence across multiple platforms, create engaging content, and drive online engagement and conversions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our brand and business goals
- Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, and videos
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media
- Analyze and report on social media metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversions
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, communications, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective social media execution
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates
- Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns, including targeting, budgeting, and optimization
- Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all social media channels
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in social media management or a related field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Ability to create engaging content, including text, images, and videos
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media metrics
- Experience with social media advertising and paid media buying
- Familiarity with social media management tools, including Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
