HIRING: Social Media Manager (All Platforms | Execution + Outreach)13mm Films | Work From Office13mm Films is looking for a female Social Media Manager who can independently handle all social media platforms for client accounts, manage 13mm brand pages, and assist in new client outreach & coordination.This is an office-based role and requires discipline, consistency, and an execution-first mindset.Work Mode & Location:• Work From Office only• Location: Rohini Sector-1, New Delhi• Nearby candidates preferredWork Timings:• 10:00 AM – 6:30 PMMandatory Requirement:• Personal laptop compulsoryKey Responsibilities:Client Social Media Management (All Platforms)• Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube (as per client scope)• Posting & scheduling across platforms• Caption coordination (provided / assisted)• Content calendar follow-up• Timely uploads with confirmationClient Coordination• Coordinate with clients for requirements & approvals• Handle basic client queries professionally• Escalate only critical matters to founderNew Client Search & Outreach• Identify potential clients (brands, academies, businesses)• Outreach via Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email• Initial coordination & requirement understanding• Share qualified leads with founderNote:• Weekly outreach targets will be defined• Pricing, negotiation & final closing handled only by founder13mm Brand Work• Manage 13mm Films & group brand pages• Posting, captions & basic engagement• Hiring posts & internal updatesWho We’re Looking For:• Female candidate preferred• Execution-focused & deadline-driven• Comfortable handling multiple platforms• Clear communication & coordination skills• Agency or freelance experience preferredNot suitable for:• Strategy-only profiles• Influencer managers• Sales-only rolesPayment Structure:• Month 1 (Pilot): ₹7,000 – ₹9,000 / month• Performance-based increment after 60 daysReporting:• One daily end-of-day update• Weekly performance summaryAuthority & Performance Clause:• Final approvals & pricing: Founder only• Performance-based role• Non-performance during pilot may lead to discontinuation without noticeHow to Apply:DM with:• Platforms handled & sample work• Confirmation of work from office + laptop• Office Timings (10:00–6:30)• Expected commercials
