Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with business goals.

• Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Handle daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring of social media accounts.

• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to produce creative campaigns.

• Track analytics, monitor performance, and prepare monthly reports on engagement and reach.

• Respond to followers, build engagement, and manage online communities.

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

• Run paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and analyze their performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• Proven experience in managing social media platforms.

• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and creative thinking skills.

• Knowledge of social media analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).

• Basic understanding of graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.).

• Excellent communication and time management skills.
