Social media expert

We are looking for a creative and energetic SMO Executive who understands how to grow reach, engagement, and followers across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable appearing in videos, creating reels/shorts, and have a good understanding of basic video editing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

• Implement strategies to increase reach, impressions, engagement, and followers.

• Create high-quality posts, reels, short videos, and daily social content.

• Stay updated with social media trends, trending audios, hashtags, and platform algorithms.

• Be comfortable appearing in videos for reels, tutorials, behind-the-scenes, etc.

• Edit videos using basic editing tools (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar).

• Analyze insights/analytics and optimize content strategy accordingly.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and ideas.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience as an SMO/Social Media Executive (freshers with strong skills can apply).

• Strong knowledge of social media growth strategies and content ideas.

• Must be comfortable in front of the camera for video shoots, reels, and promos.

• Basic to intermediate video editing skills.

• Ability to think creatively and execute engaging content.

• Good communication skills and understanding of brand tone.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-Have:

• Knowledge of influencer-style videos.

• Experience with paid promotions or boosting posts.

• Understanding of storytelling and trending video formats.
