Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Develop creative strategies for social media growth, audience engagement, and lead generation
• Provide innovative ideas for page growth, product marketing, and sales improvement
• Plan and execute content calendars, campaigns, and promotional activities
• Create engaging posts, reels, trend-based content, and viral marketing concepts
• Run and optimize social media ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
• Execute retargeting campaigns to increase conversions and customer retention
• Handle community management, audience engagement, and response management • Support founder/personal branding content creation
• Monitor social media performance, campaign insights, and sales growth reports
• Coordinate with design and marketing teams for smooth campaign execution Requirements
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and growth strategies
• Experience in content planning, reel creation, and paid social media advertising
• Ability to generate creative marketing ideas for brand awareness and sales growth
• Understanding of retargeting, lead generation, and performance marketing
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, analytics, and social media tools
• Good communication, creativity, and coordination skills
• 2–8 years of relevant experience preferred
