Job Description — Social Media Intern (Growth Focus)

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Social Media Intern responsible for building and growing multiple social media accounts from scratch. The primary focus is to create or coordinate content, increase followers, and drive high views on short-form videos (Reels). This role supports our Social Media Recruiter brand accounts.

• Key Responsibilities Build and manage multiple social media accounts from zero (Instagram + other platforms as needed).

• Create, source, or coordinate content with internal teams or external agencies.

• Plan and publish consistent short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks).

• Conduct competitor and trend research to develop high-growth content ideas.

• Optimize content for reach, engagement, and follower growth.

• Track and report weekly metrics related to growth and performance.

• Experiment with new growth tactics (collabs, hashtags, formats, posting times, hooks, etc.).

• KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)Account Growth:

• X followers gained per month per account (to be finalized internally).

• Content Output:

• Minimum X Reels/short-form videos produced per week (created or coordinated).

• Views & Reach:

• Y% increase in average Reel views month-over-month.

• Minimum Z views per Reel by Month 2–3 (targets will be refined).

• Engagement:

• Increase engagement rate across accounts (likes, shares, comments, saves).

• Consistency:

• 100% adherence to planned posting schedule.

• Reporting:

• Weekly growth and performance report delivered on time.
