Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Expert to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, audience engagement, brand positioning, and lead generation through social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos) on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube

• Manage day-to-day social media activities and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally

• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing and sales objectives

• Promote company products such as LED lights, government projects, and distributor programs

• Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

• Track performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly/monthly reports

• Coordinate with the design, sales, and marketing teams for campaigns and launches

• Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube

• Basic knowledge of graphic tools (Canva, Photoshop) and video editing

• Good communication and content writing skills in English and Hindi

• Experience in B2B, manufacturing, or product-based branding is a plus
