Job Description – Social Media & Influencer Partnerships Expert

The Social Media & Influencer Partnerships Expert is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic relationships with influencers, creators, agencies, brands, and public personalities to promote the company's products and services. The candidate must have at least five years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, digital partnerships, or a related field, with excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.

The Expert will identify potential partners, conduct presentations, negotiate commercial collaborations, and establish approved partnerships through paid promotions, referral programs, commission-based, revenue-sharing, profit-sharing, barter, and brand ambassador arrangements. The role requires maintaining accurate records of communications, agreements, campaign performance, payments, and deliverables while ensuring confidentiality and professional conduct.

The Expert must obtain all necessary approvals from the Managing Director, Legal Department, and Accounts Department before making any commercial commitments and submit regular reports on partnerships, campaign performance, pending approvals, and revenue generated.
