Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the company’s social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals
Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, short videos, graphics)
Plan and schedule content calendars
Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries promptly
Monitor competitors, trends, and industry updates
Track performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly and monthly reports
Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams for campaigns
Run paid ads (optional if required by company)
Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships
Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
years of experience in social media management
Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms
