We are expanding our digital presence and are looking for a talented Social Media Expert who can make our brand engaging, creative, and impactful across all platforms.

Role & Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, etc.).

• Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads) to drive leads and sales.

• Edit and repurpose videos, reels, shorts, and other content to boost brand visibility and engagement.

• Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

• Build creative campaigns that reflect the brand’s identity and attract retailers.

• Engage with our online community – responding to comments, DMs, and customer queries.

• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align social media efforts with business goals.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing social media platforms and running ad campaigns.

• Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and social media analytics tools.

• Video editing & content creation skills (Reels, Shorts, Product Highlight videos).

• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

• Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Hinglish preferred).

• Strong sense of branding and visual aesthetics.

• Ability to work independently and deliver results on time.
