We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager with strong graphic design skills and in-depth knowledge of managing various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing our online presence, creating visually stunning content, and driving engagement across all digital channels.
Develop, implement, and manage the company’s social media strategy across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, videos, and other visual content tailored for each platform.
Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and brand objectives.
Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) to optimize content and campaigns.
Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a strong online community.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Run paid ad campaigns across social platforms and track their effectiveness.
Maintain brand consistency through tone, voice, and visual identity.
Proven experience (3+ years preferred) as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Expert-level skills in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, After Effects, etc.).
Strong understanding of all major social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
Experience in social media advertising and analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) is a plus.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field preferred.
