Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall business and marketing objectives.
Lead, mentor, and manage the social media team to deliver high-impact campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
Oversee content creation, brand storytelling, and campaigns to maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging. Monitor social trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Collaborate with marketing, PR, product, and design teams to create integrated and impactful campaigns.
Plan and manage paid ad campaigns to maximize ROI and reach target audiences.
Build and maintain relationships with influencers, creators, and partners to expand brand visibility.
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) to refine strategies.
Manage online reputation, implement social listening, and handle crisis communication when necessary
Key Skills & Competencies: Proven expertise in leading end-to-end social media strategies and campaigns.
Strong command of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Sprout, Hootsuite, etc.). Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize fresh, engaging, and impactful content. Leadership and team management skills to inspire, guide, and deliver high performance.
Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Up-to-date knowledge of digital trends, platform algorithms, and social media best practices.
