We’re Hiring: Social Media Executive

Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore

Navigator Realty Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Executive who can manage company social media pages, create engaging content, run ad campaigns, and generate quality leads through digital platforms.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and handle all company social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create, schedule, and post engaging content regularly
• Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads
• Generate quality leads for real estate projects through paid campaigns
• Shoot, edit, and create engaging videos/reels for promotions
• Monitor ad performance and improve campaign results
• Stay updated with social media trends and content ideas
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaign planning

What we’re looking for:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media or digital marketing
• Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Experience in lead generation through paid ads
• Good video editing and reel creation skills
• Ability to independently handle all company social media pages
• Creative mindset with good communication skills
