Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Strategy

* Generate fresh content ideas for blogs, social media, and campaigns

* Write engaging and SEO-optimized content for various digital platforms

* Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with travel seasons and promotions

Social Media Management

* Handle all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

* Create, post, and manage daily content (images, videos, stories, reels)

* Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build a loyal online community

* Run social media promotions and contests to boost engagement

SEO & Website Optimization

* Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies

* Optimize existing web content and coordinate with web developers for SEO updates

* Monitor and improve website performance and ranking on Google

Analytics & Reporting

* Use Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track website traffic and user behavior

* Generate regular performance reports for website and social media platforms

* Recommend improvements based on data insights

Paid Campaigns & Ads

* Plan and execute paid digital marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads

* Manage campaign budgets, optimize targeting, and analyze ROI

* A/B test creatives and ad copies for better performance

General Digital Marketing

* Collaborate on influencer marketing and partnership opportunities

* Assist with email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns

* Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools

Required Skills:

* Proven experience in digital marketing (minimum 1-3 years preferred)

* Strong writing and content creation skills

* Hands-on experience with SEO tools and strategies

* Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite

* Ability to create and manage social media campaigns

* Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Adobe tools a plus)

* Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
