Core Objective:
Drive footfall and sales for all outlets by managing social media, influencer marketing, and WhatsApp campaigns while maintaining strong coordination with franchise partners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and post content for Instagram, Facebook, and Google My Business for both brands.
- Maintain consistent brand voice, aesthetics, and posting calendar for TiB and HOIC.
- Reply to all DMs and comments within 2 hours during business hours.
2. Influencer / Blogger Outreach
- Target: 4 bloggers per month per outlet.
- Shortlist location-wise bloggers/influencers relevant to F&B, lifestyle, and local audience.
- Coordinate with franchise partners to get approval on blogger selection and promotion details.
- Share formal script/brief with bloggers covering what’s being promoted that period — new flavors, offers, events, etc.
- Take final approval of blogger content before posting.
3. Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain a complete record of:
- Blogger name, handle, location, outlet covered
- Date of post, content type, approval date
- Views, reach, engagement, saves, shares
- Business conversion: Coordinate with franchise partners to track walk-ins/orders attributed to each blogger post.
- Share a monthly response sheet with insights and recommendations.
4. WhatsApp Marketing
- Initiate WhatsApp campaigns to current customer database for both brands.
- Segment data outlet-wise and promote offers, new launches, festive campaigns.
- Track delivery, open rates, and business generated via WhatsApp. Report weekly.
5. Franchise Coordination
- Act as the bridge between brand HQ and franchise partners for all marketing activities.
- Share calendars, scripts, and results. Collect feedback and conversion data.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience managing Instagram/Facebook pages for F&B or retail brands.
- Existing network of local food bloggers is a big plus.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Basic content creation: Canva, reels editing, copywriting. If possible
- Data-oriented: Comfortable tracking and reporting on metrics.
KPIs:
- 4 blogger collaborations per outlet per month
- <2 hr DM response time
- Weekly social media growth + engagement targets
- Monthly report on influencer ROI and WhatsApp campaign performance
