Job Description

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Executive to join our team. This role starts as a 3-month internship, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Plan and execute content calendars
Create engaging captions, reels, and post ideas
Coordinate with design and content teams
Monitor social media trends and suggest new strategies
Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns
Handle basic community management (comments, DMs, engagement)

Requirements:

Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
Good communication and writing skills
Creative thinking and attention to detail
Basic knowledge of social media tools and analytics
