Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and analytical SMO Executive to manage and grow our brand’s presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content creation, engagement strategies, analytics, and trend-based marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

• Manage and publish daily content on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.

• Create appealing graphics, posts, reels, and videos (with design team if required).

• Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior.

• Respond to messages, comments, and queries in a timely and professional manner.

• Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and collaborations.

• Track and report key metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, CTR, and conversions.

• Work closely with the SEO, content, and marketing teams for integrated digital strategies.

• Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms.

• Stay updated with the latest SMO tools, trends, and best practices.

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of all major social media platforms.

• Creative thinking and content planning skills.

• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).

• Ability to analyze data and prepare performance reports.

• Good communication and writing skills.

• Familiarity with social media ads is a plus.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
