Social Media Marketing Executive (Astrology & Spirituality Brand)

Experience Required:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in wellness, spirituality, astrology, or content-heavy personal branding sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Social Media Strategy & Execution

· Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with Acharya Addittya Tamhankar’s brand vision across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.).

· Plan and schedule engaging daily/weekly content (reels, shorts, posts, stories, community polls) that promote blogs, YouTube videos, and services.

· Strategically repurpose blogs into social media micro-content to drive traffic to www.thehealingastro.com and www.thehealingastroblogs.com.

✅ Content Marketing & Community Building

· Craft compelling captions, hashtags, and posts that reflect the spiritual and astrological depth of the brand.

· Proactively engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a vibrant online community.

· Run campaigns to promote key services (consultations, reports, memberships, gemstone store).

✅ YouTube & Short Video Growth

· Create and publish 15+ shorts/reels per week from long-form YouTube videos and existing content archives.

· Optimize YouTube video descriptions, titles, hashtags for SEO and audience engagement.

✅ SEO & Analytics

· Use insights from social media analytics to refine strategies and maximize organic reach.

· Coordinate with SEO efforts to ensure blogs and videos are widely shared and gain visibility.

✅ Collaboration & Innovation

· Suggest and run paid campaigns (if required) to boost high-value offerings (books, courses, consultations).

· Coordinate with designers/video editors (or use AI tools as provided) for creating polished visuals.

· Stay updated on trends in spiritual and astrology digital marketing to bring innovative ideas.

Required Skills:

· Strong knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.

· Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, and analytics dashboards.

· Excellent communication and copywriting skills (must reflect the tone suitable for spiritual audiences).

· Ability to work independently, manage multiple platforms, and deliver daily outputs consistently.

· Basic understanding of SEO concepts as they relate to social media sharing.

· Bonus: Interest in or familiarity with astrology, spirituality, or wellness domains.
